Shipping Information
1. Shipping Options. Each Maker will specify shipping options for all Products through the Good Grit LLC Tool as requested by Good Grit LLC. The Maker will provide Good Grit LLC with the shipping, handling and any other charges for each Product required by the Good Grit LLC Tool, separate from the purchase price.
3. Shipping Process. The Maker will be responsible for shipping all Products purchased by Customers in accordance within the time frame advertised or the processing time specified for such Products through the Good Grit LLC Tool or, if no time frame is advertised or specified, within 30 days. If the Maker cannot meet the On-Time Ship Standard for any Product, Good Grit LLC will provide the customer with email notification of such delay.
4. Returns. Each maker will have their own return policy. The Maker will be responsible for Customer cancellations, returns, refunds and/or customer service price adjustments. The Makers return and refund policies for Products sold through the Good Grit LLC Sites will be no less favorable to Customers than your most favorable policies offered on your website for such Products.
5. Refunds. Makers will be responsible for all non-cash refunds (e.g., store credit, gift cards and exchanges). For cash refunds Good Grit LLC will provide the refund to the Customer via the Customer's original payment method (e.g., credit or debit card). I
